Maxcon Town Planning & Development Pvt. Ltd (Maxcon TPD) was established in Chennai on 14th October 2013 under the Companies Act, 1956. Prior to this upgrade, it was functioning as “Maxcon Project Management Consultants” (Maxcon PMC) since 02 February 2009, as a proprietorship consultant firm, under the headship of Mr. K.M. Sadhanandh, as a principal Consultant.

Maxcon TPD office is located in Teynampet, the heart of the Chennai City. Our team/associates include eight (8) qualified and experienced civil engineer, town planner, architect, environmental / electromechanical engineers etc. have specific experience spanning 5 to 25 years of in their respective fields and competent to provide comprehensive services to suit specific project needs.

We provide services to entire development process on land and buildings, starting from reconnaissance survey of land parcels, site assessment, project feasibility, project formulation, programming, planning, conceptual, detailed design, project completion and beyond. We help ensuring compliance of planning norms and architectural and engineering design standards through construction management requirements, to our Clients to achieve their objectives in an efficient manner, responsive to market trends and sensitive to the changing policy and social needs.
